Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
We truly hope that every item you receive brings you joy. However, we understand that plans may change.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized, non-custom, and non-clearance items within 30 days of receiving your order. The items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping fees for exchanged items.
Please note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or clearance items.
Replacements
If there was an error in personalization due to our mistake, we are happy to replace the item for you free of charge. We do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved due to buyer-provided errors.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within several business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as processing time may vary. You may also want to check with your bank, as there can be a delay before refunds are officially posted.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail it to: Ozerna 85, Irpin, UA 08200.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For returns of items valued at over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds in Case of Force Majeure
Please note, we will refund the product price but deduct the shipping costs in cases where:
- The customer was unavailable during delivery;
- The customer provided an invalid phone number or email address;
- If the item is returned due to any of the above reasons, we are not responsible for any additional costs.
If the customer refuses the package without a valid reason, the package will be disposed of, and we are not liable for any associated costs.
